The Black Virtual Convention Center launches March 1, 2022. If you would like to host your event or conference at The Black Virtual Convention Center please complete this registration form and submit your deposit. Deposits ARE REFUNDABLE until your contract is signed after onboarding your call.
We ONLY host 2-3 events PER MONTH. Each event will remain in TBVCC and accessible for 10 days. You do not have to provide activities for all 10 days, attendees can access replays and vendors. For example you can host your "3 Day" event from Feb 18-20 and your attendees can watch replays and continue to shop the vendors from Feb 21-27.)

COSTS:
We charge a Flat Rate if $10K for 10 Days. $5K Deposit is required to secure your reservation. $5K balance is due the day by 5pm the day before your event is scheduled to go Live.
