NO REFUND & ITERATION POLICY

🔒 No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this project, which involves strategic planning, design customization, and digital integrations, no refunds will be issued once services have been rendered—including any portion of the deliverables (e.g., initial setup, design, or GPT development).

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that all services are time-based, knowledge-based, and tailored specifically to your brand and therefore non-refundable.

🔁 Iteration Policy – 2 Rounds Max

Each deliverable (e.g., website section, flyer, GPT prompt, or copy) includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. This ensures we remain efficient while still refining your materials to match your vision.

🔹 Additional revisions beyond the two-round limit will incur an hourly rate or be quoted per item depending on the request.

⚠️ Final Approval Responsibility

Clients are responsible for reviewing all materials thoroughly during the revision process. Once a design or system is approved (or goes unresponded to for 5 business days), it will be considered final.
