Project Name: EmpowerHER Pathway Build-Out

Scope of Services Provided:

PHASE 1:

1. Interactive Journal and Candle Line Integration:

o   Conduct an ideation call to strategize the journal and candle line integration.

o   Develop and integrate the interactive journal into the candle line product line.

o   Create interactive journals with QR codes for audio messages:

o   Messages to provide emotional support and business reminders.

o   Approximately 30-36 audio messages (2-3 per month).

o   Source a journal manufacturer for high-end design:

o   Elegant, fabric-covered journals that can be stamped or embossed.

o   Write scripts for audio messages tailored to key dates.

o   Produce audio messages using AI Audio tools.

o   Generate and test QR codes for embedding in journal designs.

• PHASE 2:

1. Affiliate Program Development on Shopify:
• Build and customize the affiliate program platform.
• Integrate with Shopify for seamless functionality.

2. Onboarding Materials Creation:
• Develop affiliate onboarding elements, including welcome materials and guidance.
• Produce welcome videos tailored to affiliates' onboarding needs.
3. Customer and Sales Training Materials:
• Create training videos leveraging B.A.N.K. methodology to teach sales and customer service fundamentals.

• PHASE 3:

4. 12-Week Product Development Program:
• Build a comprehensive 12-week product development program on Mighty Networks.
• Content includes product development, branding, e-commerce, marketing, and packaging.
5. Basic Legal Documentation:
• Provide affiliate program agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and participant agreements for the product development program.

• Access Requirements
• To complete this project, the following platform access will be required:

1. Shopify Store Access:
• Administrative access to the Shopify store, including permission to install and manage apps, edit product listings, and configure affiliate program settings.
• Login credentials or invite as a collaborator through Shopify.
2. Mighty Networks Platform Access:
• Administrative access to the Mighty Networks platform to create and structure the 12-week program.
• Permission to upload videos, edit pages, and customize participant-facing content.
• Login credentials or invite as a host or admin user.

• Failure to provide these access requirements promptly may result in delays to the project timeline.

• Cost Breakdown:
  1.    Phase 1 - Interactive Journal and Candle Line Integration: $1,425
  2.    Phase 2 - Affiliate Program Setup (on Shopify): $1,850
  3.    Phase 3 – 12 Week Product Development Program: $925

• Time Frame:
  PHASE 1: 2-3 WEEKS FROM START (RUSH JOB)
  PHASE 2: 4-5 WEEKS FROM START
  PHASE 3: 3-4 WEEKS FROM START

• Contractual Language

1. Scope of Work:
   This invoice outlines the agreed-upon scope of work for the EmpowerHER Pathway Build-Out. Any additional services requested beyond this scope will require a written addendum and may incur additional costs.
2. Revisions:
   Two rounds of revisions are included in the scope of work. Any additional revisions will be billed at $75/hour.
3. Confidentiality:
   All materials, content, and documentation developed for this project will remain confidential. Client agrees not to share or reproduce the materials without express written consent from [Your Name/Business].
4. Refund Policy:

• Refunds will be provided in full if the client cancels before work begins.
• 50% refund will be provided, once 50% of work has been completed. After that, no refund will be provided.

5. Ownership of Materials:
   Upon full payment, all materials and content created for this project will transfer ownership to Stacia Mac.
6. Delivery of Work:
   Final materials and deliverables will be provided via email or a designated file-sharing platform upon project completion or upon refund.
7. Liability:
   Alquincia Selolwane will not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred from the use of the materials or programs provided.
