Last year’s BFCM (2024) saw online sales hit $13.3 billion on Cyber Monday and $10.8 billion for Black Friday, both surpassing 2023 figures by approximately 10%. BFCM 2024 achieved a total season revenue of $233.7 billion, marking a 7.6% growth compared to 2023.
Desktop and other devices accounted for around 52% of revenue, while mobile devices captured 48% of sales.
The top sources for Cyber Monday deals came from a retailer’s website (46%), social media ads (44%), and email promotions (38%).
