Last year’s BFCM (2023) saw online sales hit over $12 billion on Cyber Monday and $9.8 billion for Black Friday, both surpassing 2022 figures by 7.3% and 7.5%, respectively. BFCM 2023 achieved a total season revenue of $217.2 billion, marking a 2.6% growth compared to BFCM 2022.

Desktop and other devices accounted for 54.8% of revenue, while mobile devices captured 45.2% of sales.

The top sources for Cyber Monday deals came from a retailer’s website (47%), social media ads (42%), and email promotions (39%).
